Then please join us for Introduction to Using the Mac with VoiceOver: A 10 Week Workshop, beginning Monday September 14.
This training workshop is designed for those who are either new to using the Mac with VoiceOver, or those who have some experience using the Mac, but still are not yet comfortable using the Mac OS and the VoiceOver screen reader.
Topics to be covered during the workshop will include:
- VoiceOver and Mac Basics.
- Accessibility and VoiceOver Settings.
- Overview of System Settings.
- Using the Finder, and File Management.
- Text Editing on the Mac.
- Email.
- Messaging.
- Browsing the Web with Safari.
- And much more.
The workshop will include optional review/help sessions held on select Saturday afternoons.
